What is ADMS?
ADMS — the Apprenticeships Data Management System, is a secure platform where employers and apprentices can manage their apprenticeships, apply for incentives and track the progress of their claims.
Need help with a claim?
Claims can be confusing — wrong amount, missing payment, not sure if you're even eligible. Our Claims Team deals with this stuff every day and can help sort out:
- Incentives: checking eligibility, sorting out a payment that hasn't come through, or understanding what you're owed and when
- Australian Apprenticeship Support Loans (AASL): questions about your loan, repayments, or how indexation works
- Waivers: if you think you're eligible for a waiver, or need help understanding the waiver process
